Campbell Pavement Specialties,
Inc., is a parking lot maintenance company located in the midlands
of South Carolina, Sumter to be precise. Ron Campbell started CPS in 1980,
when as a pavements engineer at Shaw AFB, he saw the need for a company to provide
parking lot maintenance for local businesses. That foresight brought the first business of it’s kind in
the central South Carolina area. Based on Mr.
Campbell’s experience as a pavement engineer, he realized the importance of
protecting the investment of an asphalt parking lot, and what was necessary to
do the job correctly.
Together with his son,
Johnny, they have completed a wide range of projects from striping small parking
lots to striping several AFB runways and municipal airport runways. They have
seal coated small parking lots and driveways to large shopping centers and
schools, including colleges. CPS has also been awarded and continues to
receive federal government contracts for the Air Force and Navy.
CPS has always provided quality services at affordable prices and that is why
the company still thrives today. In November of 2003, Mr. Campbell passed
away but his son, Johnny, has kept the same philosophy of quality services at
affordable prices as a guideline to run the family business. CPS has now
not only expanded to other areas throughout South Carolina and surrounding
areas, it has also expanded it's services to include a complete list of property
