Campbell Pavement Specialties, Inc. is a parking lot maintenance company located in Sumter, South Carolina. CPS was started in 1980 by Ron Campbell, when as a pavement engineer at Shaw AFB he saw the need for a company that would provide parking lot maintenance for local businesses. That foresight brought about the first business of its kind in the central South Carolina area. Based on Mr. Campbell’s experience as a pavement engineer, he realized the importance of protecting the investment of an asphalt parking lot and what was necessary to do the job correctly. Together with his son, Johnny, they have completed a wide range of projects--from striping small parking lots to several AFB runways and

municipal airport runways.

They have seal-coated everything, from small parking lots and driveways to large shopping centers and schools, including colleges. CPS has also been awarded, and continues to receive, federal government contracts for the Air Force and the Navy. Campbell Pavement has always provided quality services at affordable prices, and that is why the company still thrives today. In November of 2003, Mr. Campbell passed away, and since then his son has kept the same philosophy and business model as a guideline for the family-owned business. CPS has expanded to offer its services to all of South Carolina and the surrounding areas; it has also expanded to include a complete list of property management services. For a full list of what we provide, please see our services menu.
